Due to the small size of the lodge and our remote location, the prepayment of your reservation is necessary. Written or E-mailed Reservation request will be held for 21 days upon issuance of confirmation of room request. A 10% Deposit is due during this 21 day period or reservation will be cancelled. Reservations are confirmed once 10% of total lodging bill is received by Playa Nicuesa Rainforest Lodge’s office via credit card, check or direct deposit in bank account. Balance of Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival at the lodge. Payment in full is a guarantee of the reservation to both the guest and the Lodge for the entire period of the reservation. (Please see special provisions for groups and holiday travel)
Cancellation Policy
100% refund (less $ 50 service charges) if cancellation made prior to 30 days of arrival date. 50% refund if cancellation made within 30 and 16 days of arrival date. No refunds for cancellations from 0-15 days of arrival. | | |
