Comments  (English):
Quite a nice Hotel in a very good location for getting around Florence on foot to all attractions and restaurants. Rooms were a good size (4 adults in a quad room) and clean. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice. Staff were helpful in general but some were quite reluctant to be of assistance, all spoke good English and attempted to understand our bad Italian. Security was good. Air-conditioning in our room was quite noisy and inefficient but it did at least work. Comfy beds and not much night time noise. Internet access in breakfast room on 1 PC, not too expensive. Florence is a truly lovely city to visit.
