Estimados, hice una reservacion para el 10 de enero 2013 par una habitacion para cinco personas, pagué un abono del 10% a traves de la pagina de reservas. pero no he tenido confirmaciones o algún contacto para conocer el estado de la reserva espero noticias suyas

arrivee sur place, personne n est au courant de la reservation qui q pourtant ete prelevee sur mon compte, securite et gens aimables, la propretee et fonctionnalitee des douches et wc etait deplorable.
autres hotels propres et plus proches du centre pour le meme prix
la reservation ne sert strictement a rien, c est plutot un attrape couillon

Fuimos 4 días, tuvimos que limpiar los baños porque eran lo más anti higiénico que puede existir, las sábanas están incluidas, lo que no quiere decir que estén limpias. El desayuno también estaba incluido, pero nunca lo vimos, preguntamos y nos dijeron que no tenían... Los dueños no dan la casa, son unos estafadores de primera. Piden que deposites la totalidad del dinero a pagar por los días que te quedas y te encontras con ese "inquilinato" de mala muerte que está clausurado así como "san telmo hostel" y "montesdeoca", todos del mismo dueño. Se hace la denuncia y posterior a una coima lo vuelven a abrir sin habilitación tapando el cartel de clausurado con un cartel que dice "bienvenidos", que paradoja... Y obviamente, no te devuelven la plata... Y las fotos que muestran ni siquiera son de ahí...
NO VAYAN!!!

Just if you are looking for the most awful stinky rooms, with 0% fresh air and 100% smelly blanquets, no air conditioning or ventilator and no peace at all, then that would be your ideal place.
I cannot believe we paid 28 euros for that so called "apartment with kitchen and bathroom in the very heart of San Telmo".
Go to street Chile. There you'll find many more much nicer...
