Comments (English): great hostel! a bit expensive (especially when booking through this website... its 20 euro's less if you just pay for additional nights directly at the hostel). however, it was a wonderful experience, great location, nice staff, dinners were great, and lots of interesting people to meet!

Comments (English): The location of this hostel is surely better than any hotel in Venice. Good and clean rooms with a very nice area to social with other guests. Exellent dinner every evening included in the price. Very friendly and good service from the management team.

Comments (English): Venice Fish was a great experience. The rooms were generally very spacious, 2 shared bathrooms, an amazing dining room with venetian chandelier, free dinner, refrigerator, helpful and friendly staff. There's not much more that you could ask for.
Possible concerns:
Directions to the place on some hostel sites are incorrect. The description included checking into a pink building with painted flowers...there is no such building. 2205 Canareggio is correct, but may be a little difficult to find (there is a little bridge leading to the entrance of the hostel. A larger sign for the hostel would make it easier for travellers to find it, since it looks like someone's home instead of a place for backpackers to stay in.
There are no storage lockers, but I did not find that a problem. It is a very open place with no reason to worry about losing any of your belongings...very family-like atmosphere =)
