Comments (English):
Es una casa muy Colombiana con las comodidades basicas para personas del todo el mundo, desayuno gratis, toallas cada dia, internet gratis, agua caliente.... muchas actividades divertidas. Buenas camas.
Silencio en las habitaciones para descansar y una chimenea en la habitacion pues Bogota es muy fria en la noche.

Well, I must say it is a great option for backpackers. As previous reviews state, the staff IS very friendly and nice and are always willing to help. Unfortunately, if you are looking for some privacy, there is very little. Also, while the bathrooms are kept clean, after several people, it starts to get wet and puddle up. Toilets don't fush great either.
The beds are pretty tough, if you've been sleeping on the floor, this is a big upgrade, if you've been in normal beds, you might resent the bed the next day.
Also, "Breakfast" means brewed coffee, hot chocolate, bread, and butter. That is it. Ifyou are looking for a place to crash and meet other international travelers, this is a great place. If you want to rest and use a clean bathroom, you might be willing to spend an extra 20-30 USD per night for an upgrade.

Hice la reservacion en este hostel porq vi muy buenos comentarios pero por el precio nunca espere recibir tan buen servicio, fue excelente.
La casa es espectacular, limpia y quienes trabajan en el hostal te tratan como si fueras un rey. Ademas te dan muy buenas recomendaciones para salir de fiesta y un ambiente muy tranquilo para llegar a dormir despues de tanta fiesta en Bogota. Tienen descuentos y entradas para museos y tures gratuitos para ver el centro histrico de la ciudad.

Hostel is about 30 minute drive from airport. Nice personnel. Nice place. Has a backpackers atmosphere. Rooms are clean (but a bit cold). You can ask for everthing (clean sheets towels,..). Breakfast was quite simple. Showers are nicely hot!

Comments (English):
This place was great, the owner is a hipster Colombian girl and she brings good vibes to the place. Lots of cool hipster international kids having funky late nite discussions. There is coffee and DIY breakfast- there are eggs and bread and you use the kitchen and make the magic happen. We already miss Alegria the owner. AVOID Platypus Guest house, this place was gross and not fun at all.
