• The hotel check-in time is 1200 hours and checkout time is 1200 hours. Early check-in and late checkout is subject to availability. An additional charge of 50% of the room rate paid will be applicable for late check-out for post 1600 hours and 100% charge will be applicable post 1800 hours. All guaranteed early check-ins will require the room to be reserved from the previous night.
• All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of making the reservation. We accept Master and visa credit cards.
• All non-guaranteed bookings will be guaranteed only after paying 50% advance amount. The hotel reserves the right to release the reservation without any prior notice or can shift to similar category of another hotel.
• Hotel reserves the right to levy room charge and taxes applicable for the entire stay thereof, as cancellation or no-show charges.
Special terms & conditions may be applicable to certain promotional rates or during black-out periods.
Cancellation Policy:-
1. Booking cancelled 72 hrs prior to arrival will carry 100% retention charge.
2. Booking cancelled 7 days prior to arrival will carry 50% retention charge.
3. Booking cancelled prior the above time frame would result in 20% retention.
4. A no-show will carry a 100% retention charge.
