International student house florence is 2 minutes walking from the s m n central train station also it lies within the heart and historical center of florence.

internet and rooms with private bathrooms. A key is issued for each room as well.

LOCATED NEAR:
A 2 minute walk takes you to the historic trading centre of San
Lorenzo, 3
minutes take you to the David of Michelangelo and another 2 take you to
the
'florence trademark', the Duomo cathedral. Another 3 minutes and you
arrive
to the Uffizi Gallery and on the romantic Ponte Vecchio.
If you wish to eat at a restaurant, have a drink at one of the many
pub's
close by or even spend a night clubbing, our receptionist will be more
than
happy to point them out to you on our complimentary map. Florence is a good place for meet many other travelers coming from all over the world.

Very important:
It is necessary to have a mobile phone if you preview a fast check - in (possibility to do check - in during 24 hours). In this case just call us when you arrive and we'll give you the code for enter. In any case at the moment of your booking please indicate your arrival time and remember that the reception should be made aware of any change in your schedule.

The reception also is open after 12 but only by appointment based on your agreed arrival time that you indicate on your booking.
If you don't have a mobile phone please arrive promptly at the arranged time of arrival and during the reception hours, if this is not possible please notify us by email the day before. remember that if you'll arrive at the hostel before or later your agreed check-in time you need a mobile phone for call us and make yourself fast check-in.

When you put the arrival time, beware that the system is in 24 Hours.
It's important that this time is accurate. for example, if you arrivve at 8:00 PM you need to put 20:00
When you make your booking please leave your arrival time and mobile number.

Rooms arer ready at 15:00 but you can storage your baggage if you'll arrive early

Payment by credit card are accepted only for total amount that are more than 100 euro

Cancellation policy:
How you have accepted at the moment of your reservation, the cancellation policy is 24 hours before your arrival based on your agreed check-in time. If you do not show up without cancelling we will charge the first night from your credit card.
If you have used a Debit Card to book, you will need to contact the property on the date of your arrival before 12 o'clock midday if you intend to arrive after that time. Failure to contact the property may result in cancellation of your booking.
