Comfy Guesthouse is a centrally located, fully furnished facility located in the heart of downtown Toronto. We are minutes from the Sherbourne and College subway stations as well as all public transport. Our Guesthouse is located also within a 4 minute walk from Ryerson University and 15 minutes two subway stops from the University of Toronto.

Enjoy Cable Television in your well-decorated private bedrooms along with Free Hi-Speed WiFi, refrigerator, AM/FM Clock Radio Alarm, Hair Dryer, free coffee, Iron and Ironing Board. We also have Washers and Dryers, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker and Telephones (Free Local Calls) at our guesthouse.

Booking and cancellation policy

Unless otherwise specified, booking payments are non-refundable.

Advance payment is non-refundable and we follow a 72 hour (three days before arrival) cancellation policy. In case of no show or late cancellation, there is a charge for one night. However, for the change of date there is no extra charge, if room is available.
