L'hôtel est bien situé dans la ville et éloigné de la route. Le patio est agréable et la terrasse sur le toit offre une vue extraordinaire sur les volcans.
Par contre les chambres sont mal insonorisées et nous avons eu froid. Pas de couvertures supplémentaires. Aucun service de restauration si ce n'est une cuisine mise à disposition ainsi qu'une Thermos de café en distribution libre et gratuite.
Bon service à l'accueil pour tout ce qui est réservation de shuttle.

I wanted to stay here for three nights, one when I first arrived to Guatemala and two nights when I returned from the lake. The online registration required a three night minimum and would not accept my three nights because they were not three consecutive nights. The system made an error and booked me for all of the nights, including the nights that I was away at the lake. I immediately messaged the hotel to notify them of the mistake (literally 5 minutes after booking) and they told me there was nothing that they could do, that I was going to be charged for 5 nights.

I decided to just deal with it and pay for the 5 nights since it was perhaps a "user error" on my part. When I arrived, the room was far below my standards so I spent my first day in Antigua looking for another hotel. I stayed one night here and spent the two days at the lake as planned, and then when I returned to Antigua for the other two nights, I stayed in a different hotel. I realize that was my choice but I was just too frustrated with this place to stay here.

While at the lake I received a message from the front desk asking if I would sell my room to another interested party for half of the price. Mind you they were going to give it to this second party for half of the price that they were already charging me (for 5 nights when I stayed 1). They knew my situation from the moment that I arrived, that I had mistakenly booked more days than needed and refused to refund me. But somehow getting half of one night's stay was supposed to make me feel better.

I know they were charging double for the high season (New Years) but this place is way over priced and they have a terrible refund policy. You should be able to fix a reservation once it's placed--the whole "the computer won't let me" is absolute bs. I am not typically a difficult person and I dislike writing bad reviews but people should be warned before they book something online.

A nice place! Clean, nice staff. Rooms are rather small. Hot water is rare.
