Comments  (English):
Don't stay here if you plan to arrive after 7 p.m. (my plane arrived after that). There is a phone number you can call for late arrivals (reception closes at 7 p.m. ) but the people don't speak English there! I had noticed them in advance of my late arrival and they confirmed that someone would wait for me. Instead I ended up waiting for them there for 1h30. I called them several times while waiting and they assured me that someone was coming (got that from the little Italian I understand) but nothing happened. After 1h30 waiting on the stairs, a neighbor apparently felt sorry for me and, as he was a "friend" of the hostel people, he called them and finally gave me the keys himself (why does he have those???). Otherwise I would probably have waited for more hours... During my stay there I met 2 other travelers who had the same problem! One girl waited for hours for someone to come and another couple never got someone to open the door for them. And if you complain about all this, the staff just keep smiling at you because they don't even understand what you're saying (or keep ignoring it). So, definitely don't stay there! I think it's a shame that they cannot even make sure you get your room even if you notify them in advance of your late arrival.
