Comments (English):
We travelled for almost one whole day from our home country and our office booked us at Best Western South Bay Hotel. It was a relief when we checked-in the Front Desk called another employee. She is a Filipina working in the hotel and we talked our native language. We feel at home right away. The driver was very friendly and accommodating. He gave us a ride to a nearby restaurant so we can get some food. Your Front Desk is always ready on whatever we need even at wee hours. The room is in excellent condition. Overall, the hotel provide excellent service. Thanks.

Comments (English):
I had a stop over in Los Angeles to see my cousin. The Front Desk receives me when I checked-in, called his friend who was at the back office. What a greeting when that lady that came out comes from my home country and we talked our own Tagalog. I feel at home right away. I will be back here.

I am bound for my home country Philippines after my service contract as a Seaman ends. When I reached Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), my plane for the Philippines had already left that I have to wait for the next earliest filght schedule. The hassles of rebooking my flight added with my frustration to be with my family soonest time really eats up my energy. All I need is a place for an overnight stay so I seek the assistance of the airport help desk as to where I could stay in this big city. To my delight, with a free shuttle pick-up from the airport arrived and when I reached the hotel, it was a big lift when a Filipina Front Desk was the one who assisted my check-in. When we already speak our native language, I feel very much at home! Your Filipina Front Desk agent also provides me a clear directions of where I could do my shopping in the area. The Shuttle Driver too helped load and unload my several luggages. Your room is comparable to a high class hotel. I will surely recommend your hotel to my other Filipino seamen because i had a FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE with you guys. Keep it up!!
