| Comments (English): The apartment is located in the very center of Taksim at Istiklal Caddesi (where everything happens). It's very loud outside on the streets because of all the restaurants and cafes but you will only hear a bit of the noise inside of the apartment.Your direct neighbors are a tattoo studio and a hair dresser (a bit smelly there). The staff was very friends and offered help whenever needed. They only accepted cash payment, though. The apartment was very dirty. The bathroom was half under water and there was no toilet paper to be found. I got one towel which has never been replaced during my stay. When taking a shower the whole bathroom was filled with water and mixed with the dirt which was already there. In the refrigerator was mold and at least one power socket did not work. There were cables laying around on the floor which had not properly been mounted. The officially offered wi-fi signal was extremely low and I lost Internet connection every few minutes. The double bed was comfortable and seemed clean. Everything else I rather did not want to touch because it seemed dirty. There was no safe to store any valuables in the apartment. The staff told me it is a safe place. Nothing happened during my stay and I still have all my belongings. If you ware looking for a cheap place in the middle of Taksim you might like it. Just don't expect any luxury from this place. It's good to sleep there but nothing more. Taking a shower is a bit of an adventure because of the water on the floor in the bathroom. Make sure to bring your own towels and toilet paper if you want to stay for more than 2 nights.
