I was in Madrid Hotel for 4 night. the Supervisers & staff were very very good, breakfast and air condition was good. this hotel must have 4 star.

I stayed in Madrid hotel for three nights.
When we checked-in at 11 a.m., the air-conditioning system was off. We asked them to start it, but they said it starts after 4 p.m. because during the day most of the guests do not stay in the hotel. We unhappily accepted what they said.
We left the hotel and when we were back at 11p.m., the air-conditioning system was working. It hardly blew and after an hour we could fall asleep.
In the middle of the night (3 a.m.) I woke up while my clothes were wet by my sweat. It was so hot in the room that I thought I was going to die if I stayed in the room until the next morning. So, I went downstairs to the reception. A guy was there but he didn't understand English. So I took a bath in cold water and hardly slept again.
Tomorrow when I asked to see or call the manager about the air conditioning system they said she would be there tomorrow and they can not give me her number. They said she can not be there for everything.
They said that night there was a problem in the system and they were going to fix it. But I met a guest who had stayed there for 4 days and he said every night the air-conditioning system fails.
He was right the next two days, the same thing happened and we could sleep at nights.
The staff, who cleaned the room, turned off the fan in our room. When we got back it took a long time to get cool.
The floor of the room was dirty with stains on it. Water pressure was low and sometimes the water in the bathroom was cold.
