Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival: 1 day's worth of accomodation as penalty, (currently €109)

Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 2 days' worth of accomodation as penalty,
(currently €218)

Cancellation 14 to 4 days before arrival: 3 days' worth of accomodation as penalty,
(currently €327)

No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: 75% of whole stay or 3 days' worth of accomodation, whichever is higher, is charged as cancellation penalty.

Reducing the number of nights and in some cases, changing the dates of the already confirmed reservations, will be treated as a cancellation and as such will be subject to the cancellation policy.

Cancellation during the stay is only possible after the first 3 months; afterwhich, a 15 days notice applies.

In case where the time between the confirmed reservation and arrival is less than 30 days and the arrival day coincides with an important event, such as New Year's, Public Holidays, St Valentine's Day, etc.., we reserve the right to deny confirmation of the reservation until full payment is rendered..This is done to protect our commercial interest against very late cancellations and/or no-shows.

From Ataturk Airport:

It’s a 30-minute taxi ride from the airport to Nisantasi Flats and it should cost around € 20-25, depending on traffic.

There are also buses and 'LRT' (light rail) trains from the domestic terminal into town.

The most reasonable is probably the official shuttle bus, (called 'HAVAS'):

It departs every half hour from the Airport (after 01. 00 a. m, less frequently). The ride costs around €5 per person and the route it follows is as follows:

Ataturk Airport, Bakýrkoy Sea Bus Pier, Coast Road, Aksaray, Tepebasi, Taksim Square.
